3. No Refunds / Final Sale

All purchases made through cxaempire.com are final sale.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any product, service, program, or digital content.

• Exceptions, if any, are made solely at CXA Empire’s discretion and do not constitute a waiver of this policy.

By purchasing, you expressly waive chargeback rights except where required by law.

CXA Empire services are strategic, educational, and advisory in nature.

• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, income, brand growth, visibility, or influence.

• The client retains full responsibility for decisions, execution, and results.

Engagement with CXA Empire does not create a fiduciary, partnership, or employment relationship.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All content on cxaempire.com, including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, brand elements

• Written content, frameworks, strategies

• Images, videos, downloads, and digital assets

are the exclusive intellectual property of CXA Empire.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Refunds & Exchanges Policy

CXA Empire operates with intention, precision, and excellence. Due to the nature of our offerings, all purchases are governed by the following Final Sale Policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through cxaempire.com, including those for BEARD by Christian Andrew and any CXA Empire service or product, are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Grooming and personal care products

• Branding, PR, image strategy, and consulting services

• Coaching, mentoring, and advisory services

• Digital products, programs, courses, and downloadable content

• Books, publications, and written materials

• Event tickets, experiences, and virtual sessions

No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances once a purchase is completed.

Personal Care & Hygiene Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards:

• Grooming and personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including unopened or unused items.

• Customers are strongly encouraged to review ingredient lists and perform patch testing prior to use.

Services, Coaching & Digital Offerings

• All services and digital offerings are considered consumed upon purchase or access.

• Failure to achieve a desired outcome, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation does not constitute grounds for a refund.

CXA Empire does not guarantee results. Excellence requires execution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that a physical product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify CXA Empire within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by emailing admin@cxaempire.com and providing:

• Order number

• Clear photographic evidence of the issue

If approved at CXA Empire’s sole discretion, a replacement may be issued.
Refunds will not be provided.

Shipping & Delivery

CXA Empire is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Branding, PR, image, and visibility strategy services

• Executive coaching, mentorship, and advisory services

• Digital programs, courses, workshops, and content

• Books, publications, written and downloadable materials

• Live, virtual, and experiential events

• Any future products or services released under CXA Empire or affiliated brands

2. Informed Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that:

• Personal care products may produce different results or reactions depending on individual physiology; patch testing is advised.

• Branding, coaching, and consulting services are strategic in nature, requiring discretion, discernment, and execution by the client.

• Outcomes related to brand elevation, financial growth, influence, or visibility are shaped by numerous variables beyond CXA Empire’s control.

You assume full personal and professional responsibility for your participation and decisions.

3. Waiver & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably waive, release, and discharge CXA Empire, BEARD by Christian Andrew, and all associated principals, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages—whether known or unknown—arising from:

• Use or misuse of any product

• Engagement with services, coaching, or advisory relationships

• Reliance on insights, frameworks, or recommendations provided

• Physical, emotional, financial, or reputational outcomes

This waiver includes claims based on negligence, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

All CXA Empire offerings are provided “as is” and “as available.”
No express or implied guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or success.

CXA Empire does not promise revenue, visibility, influence, audience growth, or business transformation. Excellence requires execution.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CXA Empire from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation, use, or breach of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

CXA Empire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability, if established, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific offering in dispute.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a purchase or engagement, you affirm that you:

• Understand the scope of this Release

• Accept full responsibility for your participation

• Voluntarily waive the right to legal action beyond what is permitted herein

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Maryland, in which CXA Empire is registered.

Client Coaching & Advisory Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

This Client Coaching & Advisory Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between CXA Empire (“Company”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any coaching, consulting, mentoring, or advisory service offered by CXA Empire, Client knowingly and voluntarily agrees to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Relationship

I understand and acknowledge that:

• My engagement with CXA Empire is a strategic, educational, and advisory relationship.

• CXA Empire is not acting as a legal advisor, financial advisor, medical professional, therapist, or fiduciary.

• No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship is created through this engagement.

I retain sole authority over my decisions, actions, and business affairs.

2. Client Responsibility & Ownership

I acknowledge that:

• All results, outcomes, and implementations are solely my responsibility.

• My success depends on factors including, but not limited to, execution, consistency, judgment, timing, market conditions, and personal discipline.

• CXA Empire provides strategy, insight, and guidance—not guarantees.

I accept full ownership of all decisions and actions taken during and after this engagement.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

I understand and agree that:

• CXA Empire makes no guarantees regarding revenue, brand growth, audience size, visibility, influence, or business outcomes.

• Examples, case studies, or references to prior results are illustrative only and not promises of similar success.

• All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

4. Assumption of Risk

I knowingly assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to:

• Financial investment and opportunity cost

• Business, brand, or reputational decisions

• Emotional or psychological responses related to growth, change, or execution

I voluntarily choose to engage in this work with full awareness of these risks.

5. Waiver & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release, and discharge CXA Empire, its owners, officers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or causes of action—known or unknown—arising out of or related to:

• My participation in coaching or advisory services

• My reliance on information, frameworks, or guidance provided

• Decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from this engagement

This waiver includes claims based on negligence, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CXA Empire from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation, actions, or breach of this Agreement.

7. Confidentiality & Discretion

I acknowledge that CXA Empire operates at an elite level where discretion is essential.

• I agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methods, frameworks, materials, and insights shared.

• I will not record, reproduce, distribute, or share CXA Empire content without express written consent.

This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All CXA Empire materials—including strategies, frameworks, documents, recordings, and content—remain the exclusive intellectual property of CXA Empire.

I am granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

9. Payment, Refunds & Final Sale

I understand and agree that:

• All coaching and advisory services are final sale.

• No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued for any reason.

• Failure to attend, participate, or complete the program does not constitute grounds for a refund.

10. Termination

CXA Empire reserves the right to terminate this engagement immediately, without refund, if I engage in conduct that:

• Violates this Agreement

• Undermines brand integrity

• Is abusive, unethical, or disruptive

Termination does not relieve me of obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which CXA Empire is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction within that state.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

13. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By purchasing or participating in CXA Empire coaching or advisory services, I affirm that:

• I have read and fully understand this Agreement

• I voluntarily agree to be legally bound by its terms

• I accept full responsibility for my participation and outcomes
